Location: Bexley Position Type: Part-Time, Fixed-Term (Until July 2025) Start Date: ASAP We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time EYFS Practitioner at a well-regarded primary school in Bexley. This is a fixed-term position for the remainder of the academic year, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the development of young children. If you are looking to work in a school that values early years education and provides a supportive and collaborative team environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons in line with the EYFS framework, encouraging creativity and active learning. Collaborate with other practitioners to create an inclusive learning environment where children feel valued and respected. Maintain clear communication with parents and carers, ensuring they are kept informed of their child’s progress. Contribute to the overall success of the school’s EYFS setting, participating in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives. Why This School A supportive, well-established primary school with a commitment to high standards of early years education. A positive, inclusive school culture where everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential. A friendly and welcoming staff team that works together to support children’s development and well-being. Access to professional development opportunities and the chance to make a real difference in children’s early education. A focus on creating a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow in all aspects of their development. Qualifications and Skills Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting. A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues. Passionate about early years education and providing children with a strong foundation for their future learning.
