What We’re Looking For We are seeking a teacher who: ✅ Has a passion for Early Years & KS1 – A dedicated and engaging teacher who understands the unique needs of young learners. ✅ Is an excellent communicator – Strong collaboration skills to ensure a smooth and effective job-share partnership. ✅ Has relevant teaching experience – Previous experience in Year 1 or a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum. ✅ Is flexible and adaptable – Able to work part-time while delivering high-quality lessons and continuity for students . ✅ Is committed to pupil progress – Passionate about creating an inspiring learning experience where children can thrive.
