About the role The Services Consultant leads the implementation of Xelix for customers by serving as the project manager, and technical expert. This is an exciting role working within a rapidly growing team at Xelix. The role is critical in ensuring that any customers of Xelix are launched correctly on the platform and can use the platform as designed. The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactively mitigate risk and translate technical information for non-technical personnel are key success factors. The successful candidate would have experience in working with customers leading software implementations. They must demonstrate excellent technical acumen, organisational and communications skills and a drive to ensure the client experience matches our culture and helps build enduring relationships with our customers. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to leverage and hone their existing customer relationship management skills whilst gaining experience of leading projects and gaining technical knowledge of Xelix. As Xelix is a growing company, there are plenty of avenues for growth, and the progression in this role can be towards a career pathway in Professional Services, Pre-Sales or Customer Success. What you'll be doing Leading implementation projects for enterprise customers, becoming a subject matter expert in Xelix Acting as the primary project manager and point of contact for technical requirements Managing risks, dependencies and change controls across internal and external stakeholders Ensuring technical prerequisites are met, including data file design, secure file transfer, and system configuration Running customer-facing workshops and translating technical information clearly What you’ll bring Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Fintech Consulting either at a consulting firm or a SaaS vendor Experience of project management/implementations for customers at an Enterprise level for multiple customers concurrently Proficient in Python, skills in SQL a plus Understanding of File Transfer protocols, IT project delivery and software security considerations Excellent customer relationship management Commercial acumen demonstrable by examples What we offer in return 💰 Competitive salary of £45,000 to £58,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus 🏝️ 27 days of annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing) which increases up to 3 days based on tenure, with the option to roll over, buy or sell up to 3 days 🏡 Hybrid working with two days a week from our dog-friendly Hoxton office 💪 On-site gym and cycle to work scheme 🛍️ Employee discount at over 100 retailers 🏥 Comprehensive private medical & dental cover with Vitality 🍼 Enhanced parental leave pay 📚 Learning & development culture – £1,000 personal annual budget 🌍 We’re carbon-neutral and are working towards ambitious carbon reduction goals 🎯 Lots of team socials & activities ☀️ Annual team retreat Want to learn more? This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Interview Process While the exact process may vary slightly depending on the role, our typical interview stages are: Introductory Call – A short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner to discuss your background and the opportunity. Hiring Manager Interview – A 30–45 minute Teams meeting to explore your experience and fit for the team. Technical Task or Presentation – A role-relevant exercise to demonstrate your skills and approach.
