We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in Music or a related field. A proven track record as an excellent Music Teacher with experience teaching theory and performance to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE) . Proficiency in directing musical ensembles (e.g., choir, orchestra, band) is highly desirable. A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds. The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards. Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers. The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
