Job description
Are you a senior School Business Manager ready to take a strategic leadership role from January 2026? We are seeking a skilled School Business Manager to join a well-resourced school in Richmond. The successful School Business Manager will lead finance, HR, premises and procurement, ensuring the school meets statutory requirements and delivers value for money. As School Business Manager, you will prepare the annual budget, produce monthly management accounts, oversee payroll and pensions, and provide governors and senior leaders with robust financial analysis. This is an excellent role for a seasoned School Business Manager who enjoys a broad remit that includes operational delivery and strategic influence. Key details for the School Business Manager: • Permanent role starting January 2026. • Lead the school’s business operations in Richmond. • Provide strategic oversight and operational improvements as the School Business Manager.
