Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Psychology teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Birmingham. If you have a passion for Psychology and a commitment to inspiring students to explore the subject at GCSE and A-Level, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Teach Psychology to students at KS4 and KS5, ensuring engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire a deep understanding of the subject Develop, plan, and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all students Monitor student progress through assessments, providing constructive feedback to promote growth Create an inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to share ideas and engage with the material Support the wider school community by contributing to extracurricular opportunities, such as Psychology clubs or revision sessions What We’re Looking For: A passionate, qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with students A commitment to student success and the ability to adapt your teaching approach to cater to various learning styles A collaborative team player who is dedicated to contributing to the school's positive culture and academic achievements Strong organizational skills and the ability to track student progress effectively Why Choose Us?
