Job description
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher looking for a full-time position starting as soon as possible? This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving school in Telford, where you will inspire and motivate students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Position: PE Teacher Location: Telford Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) School Information This school is committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring every student reaches their full potential. The PE department is passionate about promoting physical activity, team spirit, and well-being, providing a supportive space for both students and staff. The school has a reputation for academic excellence and a wide range of extracurricular activities. About the Role: As a PE teacher, you will be expected to: ✔ Teach PE at KS3, KS4, and KS5, delivering both practical and theoretical lessons ✔ Develop engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse learning needs ✔ Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support their development ✔ Contribute to extracurricular sports activities and school teams ✔ Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience Requirements: ✔ A degree in Physical Education or a related field ✔ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification ✔ Experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus) ✔ A passion for sport and the ability to motivate students ✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team If you are a dedicated and energetic PE Teacher looking for an exciting new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
