About the Role This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026. You will be responsible for leading the Business and Economics department while teaching Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students. About the Academy This large and oversubscribed mixed academy has approximately 1,727 students on roll, making it one of the biggest secondary schools in Wiltshire. GCSE outcomes are above national averages, with 51.1% of students achieving grade 5 or above in English and Maths in 2024. The sixth form is thriving, with excellent A-Level results and strong progression into higher education, apprenticeships, and employment.
