Job description
About the Role A leading Independent school in Islington is looking for a Sociology Teacher to join their high-achieving Humanities faculty. This part-time, permanent role starts in April 2025, providing an opportunity to teach Sociology up to KS5, engaging students in critical analysis and social change. About the School This Independent school is renowned for its emphasis on social sciences, research-led teaching, and student-centred learning. The Sociology department integrates modern case studies, ethical debates, and real-world applications into the curriculum. Teachers benefit from CPD training, research opportunities, and strong academic support.
