Reception Teacher – Primary School, Islington Location: Islington, London Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) About the School Our client is a Good-rated primary school in Islington , recognised for its inclusive ethos, supportive environment, and commitment to high-quality early years education . The school provides a professional, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere , where staff are encouraged to innovate and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development. The school culture is nurturing, dynamic, and pupil-focused , ensuring that children flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join the school full-time starting January 2026 . The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception pupils Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to support high-quality teaching and learning Contribute to the wider life of the school , including enrichment activities and school events Applications are welcomed from both experienced EYFS teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with QTS.
