Job description
An innovative and welcoming independent primary school in Surrey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role, offering the opportunity to inspire and support pupils in lower Key Stage 2 within a nurturing and creative learning environment. Role Details: - Full-Time, Permanent - Start Date: January 2026 - Key Stage: 2 (Year 3) The School: This independent school provides a stimulating and supportive environment where children are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and creatively. Staff are supported through professional development and collaborative teaching practices, with a strong focus on fostering curiosity and a love of learning. Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the curriculum. - Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. - Maintain high standards of behaviour and effective classroom management. - Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning outcomes. - Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
