Job description
An outstanding Independent School in Cheltenham is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic KS1/KS2 Teacher to join its team from January 2026 . This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2 within a supportive and academically ambitious environment. Role Overview As a KS1/KS2 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for pupils across KS1 and KS2. Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners and promote progress. Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and contribute to enrichment activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2, ideally in an independent school setting. Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. Passion for inspiring pupils and a commitment to high-quality education. Why Join This School?
