Job description
Physics Teacher – Surrey Secondary School An Outstanding secondary school in Surrey is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Physics Teacher to join their thriving Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, involving teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons that capture students' imagination and foster a love of the subject. Cover a broad range of physics topics, from mechanics and electricity to waves and quantum physics. Develop students' practical skills and scientific inquiry abilities. Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Physics curriculum. To work in an Outstanding school Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A degree in Physics or a closely related field. Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, including A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physics. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
