Job description
Are you an ambitious and dynamic Business teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business teacher to join a fantastic school in Hereford. This is an exciting opportunity to teach Business at KS4 and KS5, with the added benefit of a TLR for additional responsibilities within the department. Why This School? What You Will Do: Position: Business Teacher with TLR Location: Hereford Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner) Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience) Teaching: Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level) Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies to KS4 and KS5 students. Support the development and implementation of the Business curriculum. Mentor and guide students to achieve excellent exam results. Take on additional leadership responsibilities within the department with the TLR role. About You: You will be an enthusiastic and highly skilled teacher with the ability to engage students at both GCSE and A-Level. You should have experience teaching Business at these levels, and the potential to take on a leadership role within the department. Your passion for Business education and commitment to helping students succeed will make you an excellent fit for this position. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Business, Economics, or related field. PGCE or QTS. Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level).
