The Role Position: EYFS Teacher Location: Lincolnshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our EYFS Teacher, you will: Lead an Early Years class, creating a stimulating, play-based environment. Plan and deliver lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. Assess learning effectively to ensure all children make progress. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff. (If applicable) Lead a subject or phase area as part of a TLR. What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience in EYFS settings. Understand early years curriculum, observation, and assessment. Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators. Demonstrate creativity, energy, and commitment to inclusion.
