EYFS Teaching Assistants are crucial in providing personalised support and helping children access learning in a safe and nurturing environment. Role Purpose The EYFS Teaching Assistant will support Nursery and Reception children aged 3–5, under the guidance of class teachers and the EYFS lead. The role involves assisting with learning, behavioural support, and social development, with a particular focus on SEN and EAL learners.
