Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Paid to scale on MPS (ECT rates) Searching for a secondary school with a high-performing Geography department in Cambridge? A highly respected mixed secondary school in Cambridge has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Geography ECT to join its successful Humanities faculty from January 2026. Job Overview This school is seeking a passionate Geography Early Career Teacher to deliver KS3 and KS4 Geography within a vibrant and well-established Humanities team. The school is recognised for: Strong GCSE outcomes Excellent student behaviour High-quality curriculum leadership You will receive full ECT support, including structured mentoring, collaborative planning, and protected development time.
