Location: Southall, West London Start Date: January Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term Working Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday Pay Rate: £90–£105 per day About the School A welcoming primary school in Southall is seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January. Its SEN provision supports pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning challenges . Staff receive ongoing training, and the school offers a nurturing environment for both pupils and staff. Collaboration between teachers, SENCO, and support staff is encouraged to ensure that pupils receive the best possible support. The Role You will work as part of the SEN team, providing 1:1 and small group support , and supporting pupils both academically and emotionally. You will assist in classroom management, help implement strategies to support behaviour, and ensure that SEN pupils are fully included in all aspects of school life. The role requires flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be a key member of the school’s SEN provision, making a direct impact on the progress and wellbeing of pupils.
