Full-Time Psychology and Sociology Teacher position Independent School in Oxford MPS/UPS Salary (MPS1 to UPS3) January 2026 start ECTs considered An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational Psychology and Sociology Teacher to join a leading Independent School in Oxford. The successful applicant will be able to teach both Psychology and Sociology to A-Level, working with a dedicated and experienced department that has an excellent record of academic achievement and pupil progression. This is an outstanding chance for either an ECT or an experienced teacher to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. School Information This Independent School has a long-standing reputation for excellence, educating around 900 pupils from ages 11 to 18, including a vibrant and academically ambitious sixth form. Psychology and Sociology are both popular subjects, with strong uptake at A-Level and results consistently well above the national average.
