Facilitate pupils in developing strong research skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, preparing them for future A-Level study. Contribute to the department’s success in achieving excellent academic outcomes and driving high standards of pupil attainment. Organise and lead co-curricular activities, such as debate clubs or historical societies. Work collaboratively within the faculty, supporting the school's commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and a relevant degree in History, Geography, or a combined Humanities subject. Proven experience teaching up to Key Stage 4 (GCSE) with a commitment to rigour and high expectations. Exceptional communication skills and a desire to work with highly motivated pupils.
