Develop and deliver creative, engaging lessons in a range of art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. Encourage students to think critically and express themselves through their art, fostering creativity and individuality. Support students’ development through formative feedback, assessments, and constructive guidance in their artistic journey. Contribute to the Art Department’s extracurricular activities, including running art clubs, exhibitions, and other creative projects. Work closely with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and develop new strategies to inspire and motivate students in Art . ✅ What We’re Looking For We are looking for an ECT who: Holds or will soon achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject. Is passionate about Art and eager to inspire and support students in their artistic development. Has a creative approach to teaching, with the ability to engage students and help them discover their artistic potential. Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, supportive environment for students. Is willing to learn, grow, and receive feedback as part of their professional development journey as an Art Teacher .
