Job description
An Independent school in Brent requires a skilled Maths Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, full-time position. You will deliver engaging maths lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Maths Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum. Prepare students for GCSE examinations. Develop students' mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of maths resources. Potentially lead maths-related extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Mathematics. Proven experience in teaching maths at secondary level. Strong mathematical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Benefits Inner London Payscale. Regular social events.
