Job description
A welcoming 11–18 secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a passionate Early Career Teacher of English to join its thriving and supportive English faculty from January 2026. The school, rated Good by Ofsted, is known for its strong pastoral care, excellent behaviour and a staff culture built on collaboration and professional trust. The English department is one of its largest and most successful faculties, offering a curriculum that balances challenge, creativity and inclusion. The Role You’ll teach English Language and Literature across KS3–KS4 with support from experienced mentors.
