Are you an inspiring and dedicated teacher with a passion for working with young learners? Our well-established school in Kensington is looking for a full-time Year 4 Teacher to join our team in April 2025. What You Will Be Doing Delivering Outstanding Year 4 Lessons : Plan, teach, and assess engaging and challenging lessons across a range of subjects, making learning both fun and purposeful for your students. Fostering a Positive Learning Environment : Create an inclusive, nurturing, and well-organised classroom where each child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Building Strong Relationships with Students : Develop positive and trusting relationships with your students, providing the guidance and support they need to flourish both academically and personally. Working Collaboratively with Colleagues : Join a team of passionate educators, working together to maintain high teaching standards, share best practices, and contribute to a school culture of continuous improvement. Engaging with Parents and Guardians : Regularly communicate with parents and carers, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and working together to support each child’s development. Has Experience in Year 4 : Experience teaching Year 4 students or a solid understanding of the primary curriculum and how to tailor learning for this age group. Has Strong Communication Skills : The ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering strong relationships and a sense of belonging.
