Job description
Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Harrow is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic KS1/KS2 Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to make a meaningful impact across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. The school is committed to academic excellence, creativity, and fostering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and supportive team , delivering high-quality teaching while contributing to the school’s inclusive ethos. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 , meeting the needs of all pupils Monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their potential Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practice Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil learning Participate in school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and ongoing professional development About the School The school is renowned for its inclusive approach, high expectations, and commitment to staff development and wellbeing .
