Your Role as a Drama ECT : Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Receiving continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced staff to help you grow as a teacher. Participating in a structured induction programme with regular CPD and feedback to develop your skills. Contributing to the wider school community, participating in extracurricular activities, and building positive relationships with students. Who We’re Looking For : A committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it). Passionate about teaching and creating an engaging classroom environment. A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Eager to learn, grow, and make a lasting impact in a supportive school setting.
