Your Responsibilities As our new PPA Teacher, you will: Provide high-quality cover for teachers during their PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time across various year groups. Deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to learn. Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure continuity and progression in learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals. Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a cohesive school community. What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). Experience in teaching across multiple year groups, preferably in primary education. A passion for promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
