Job description
Wayman Education is delighted to be recruiting an Art ECT to work in an Outstanding Secondary School in Ipswich on a full-time basis . This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified Art teacher to begin their career in a high-performing, supportive, and forward-thinking school that places creativity at the heart of its curriculum. Applications are welcomed from Art ECTs completing their training as well as early career teachers seeking a nurturing environment in which to develop. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Art to KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to support KS5 as confidence and experience grow. You will join a well-established and highly successful Art department with excellent schemes of work, strong leadership, and a genuine collaborative culture. Experience and Qualifications Degree in Art or a related discipline PGCE or QTS (or currently in training as an Art ECT) A passion for creative education and student development Excellent communication and classroom practice Salary The salary for this Art ECT position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS .
