Job description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join an Outstanding mixed secondary school in Essex. The school consistently achieves results above national averages and benefits from a thriving sixth form with excellent progression to Russell Group and top UK universities. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted , the school places significant emphasis on safeguarding, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Leadership is supportive and visible, with a strong culture of collaboration between teaching and support staff. The administration team plays a crucial role in the daily running of the school, supporting attendance, admissions, safeguarding compliance, examinations, and communication with parents and external agencies. The school uses SIMS and Arbor , with well-established systems and clear procedures in place. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an experienced school administrator who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
