Are you a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner with a passion for working with young children? We are seeking a motivated Level 3 qualified professional to join our dynamic Early Years team at our vibrant nursery in Hammersmith . This is a full-time, permanent position with an ASAP start , perfect for someone eager to make a positive impact on children's early learning experiences in a supportive and enriching environment. 📍 Position : Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner (Full-Time) 📍 Location : Hammersmith, West London 📍 Start Date : ASAP 📍 Salary : Competitive (Dependent on experience) Why Join Our Nursery? Your Role & Responsibilities ✔️ Supporting Early Years Development – Help children develop through a range of fun and engaging activities tailored to their individual needs. ✔️ Implementing the EYFS Framework – Ensure that the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is delivered effectively, supporting children’s learning and development. ✔️ Observing and Assessing – Regularly observe and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records and using this information to tailor learning experiences. ✔️ Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment – Foster a caring, supportive, and safe environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore. ✔️ Collaborating with Team Members – Work closely with fellow practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring the nursery is a positive, dynamic place for both staff and children. ✔️ Building Strong Relationships with Parents – Support communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates and engaging them in their child's progress. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a practitioner who: ✅ Holds a Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential for this role. ✅ Has experience in Early Years settings – Experience working in an EYFS or nursery environment is highly desirable. ✅ Is passionate about child development – Enthusiastic about supporting children’s growth and well-being, and excited to implement the EYFS curriculum . ✅ Has strong communication skills – Able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. ✅ Is a team player – Collaborative, flexible, and dedicated to working in a team to create an outstanding early years experience. ✅ Is caring and nurturing – Compassionate and able to create a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive.
