The Opportunity & School Profile A superb opening for an inspirational English specialist to join a vibrant faculty in East Sussex. The school encourages a deep appreciation for both canonical and contemporary literature, offering a creative curriculum that develops students' critical thinking and expressive communication skills. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Literary Analysis: Instructing English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Writing Excellence: Developing students’ analytical and creative writing abilities through structured, high-impact lessons. Curriculum Engagement: Leading extracurricular initiatives such as debating societies, book clubs, or school magazine contributions. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold QTS.
