Geography ECT required January 2026 Good mixed school based in York Geography ECT to join a successful and supportive department Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a well-established mixed school in York. The successful Geography ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and join a team with a history of supporting early career teachers. School Information This 11–18 school serves around 1,300 students and achieves excellent results, with 94% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Geography department has a strong emphasis on enquiry-based learning, sustainability and fieldwork. The school offers a comprehensive ECT programme with weekly observations, structured mentoring and developmental CPD.
