Job description
A high-performing secondary school in Walsall is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead on operations, finance, HR and compliance from January 2026 . This is a senior position requiring strategic leadership and strong organisational skills. About the Role: Your responsibilities will include financial planning, HR oversight, site and operations management, health & safety compliance, contract oversight and leading administrative teams. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support school improvement and smooth day-to-day operations. About the School: The school is recognised for excellent behaviour, strong academic performance and a highly professional staff culture. Their operations and finance teams are experienced, supportive and well coordinated.
