Geography Teacher (ECT) – Rugby – January 2026

The Role You’ll teach Geography across KS3–KS4, focusing on a knowledge-rich, enquiry-led curriculum that brings the world to life for students. Fieldwork and local studies are embedded in the programme, and you’ll be encouraged to take part in trips, projects and cross-curricular work. Support for ECTs Comprehensive induction with regular mentor meetings. Observation and feedback from experienced Geography teachers. Opportunities to lead small projects once you feel confident. Regular CPD sessions on behaviour, curriculum design and assessment. You’ll Bring QTS (or due to complete) with specialism in Geography.
