Job description
Sector: Leading Independent School. Borough: Barnet (Outer London). Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing January 2026. The Opportunity & Contract Profile Join the professional premises team of a prestigious independent school known for its commitment to high standards. This hands-on role ensures the safety and functionality of the school buildings and grounds. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Site Security: Key holder responsibilities and daily security checks. Maintenance: Carrying out general maintenance tasks and minor repairs promptly. Support: Assisting with the delivery and movement of resources and furniture across the site. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Proven reliability, practical skills, and a professional demeanor. Salary: Highly competitive salary, dependent on experience (ranging from £26,000 – £30,000 FTE). Support: Generous pension scheme and opportunities for advanced training.
