Job description
Are you a creative and reflective EYFS teacher who believes in the power of play to develop children’s confidence and curiosity? We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our thriving school in Surrey from January 2026. This permanent position is open to full-time and part-time applicants, with a TLR available for the right candidate. About the School Located in a well-connected Surrey town, our Ofsted-rated Good school is celebrated for its welcoming ethos, strong community links, and focus on holistic child development. Staff collaborate closely to provide high-quality learning experiences that inspire confidence and resilience in young learners. Position: EYFS Teacher Location: Surrey Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered TLR: Available for subject or phase leadership (for the right candidate) As our EYFS Teacher, you will: Deliver a high-quality EYFS curriculum with a play-based focus Foster curiosity, independence, and resilience in every child Observe, assess, and plan to meet individual learning needs Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities What We’re Looking For QTS with EYFS teaching experience Knowledge of EYFS curriculum, assessment, and child development Creative, reflective, and organised teaching style Excellent communication and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for professional growth and inclusion What We Offer A supportive and dynamic staff community Motivated and happy pupils Professional development and CPD opportunities Shared planning and collaborative ethos TLR opportunities for the right candidate Surrey location with good transport connections How to Apply If you are an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher ready to nurture young learners, we’d love to hear from you.
