Job description
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher who enjoys encouraging independent learning and critical thinking? If so, we’d love to welcome you. We are seeking a motivated and committed Year 4 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate. The Role Position: Year 4 Teacher Location: Slough Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our Year 4 Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the curriculum. Encourage pupils to develop confidence and resilience. Assess learning and track progress carefully. Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment. Work collaboratively with staff and parents. (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in Key Stage 2. Strong curriculum knowledge and organisation skills. Reflective and creative teaching approach. Commitment to inclusive and high-quality education.
