Job description
A high-achieving and forward-thinking 11–18 school in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join their thriving Science Department from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent post offering an exceptional opportunity to teach in a school renowned for academic excellence, innovation, and a supportive learning culture that nurtures curiosity and ambition. The successful teacher will deliver Science across KS3–KS5, with opportunities to specialise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at A Level depending on expertise. Lessons are designed to encourage inquiry-based learning, experimentation, and critical thinking, fostering a deep understanding of the world around us. You will work alongside a highly skilled team of educators who are passionate about promoting student achievement through engaging, practical, and conceptually rich lessons. The Science Department is one of the school’s flagship faculties, equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, digital simulation tools, and comprehensive technician support.
