Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our vibrant school in Birmingham. You will inspire students from KS3 through to KS5, helping them develop strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the digital world. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Design and implement a curriculum that prepares students for GCSEs, A-Levels, and future careers in tech. Assess student progress regularly and provide targeted feedback to support their development. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity and independent problem-solving. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computer Science department and overall school success. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Computer Science at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
