Job description
A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Brighton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join their dedicated team ASAP . This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive and values-driven environment. • Maths Teacher required – full-time, permanent • Inclusive 11–16/18 secondary school in Brighton • Teach Maths across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable) • ASAP start • MPS/UPS salary About the Role The school is looking for a passionate Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging, structured and challenging lessons that support students of all abilities. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for a suitably experienced candidate. The Mathematics Department works collaboratively to share resources, moderate assessments and refine teaching strategies. The curriculum places strong emphasis on fluency, reasoning and problem-solving, ensuring students develop deep conceptual understanding alongside exam readiness. Students are well supported by clear behaviour systems and pastoral care structures, allowing teachers to focus on high-quality teaching and learning.
