You will play a key role in igniting students' passion for art and developing their artistic skills, including at A-Level. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging art lessons across Key Stages 3-5. Plan and implement a diverse and innovative art curriculum, including A-Level. Develop students' artistic skills, knowledge, and understanding. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Organize and lead art projects and exhibitions. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Fine Art or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level, including A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of art history and techniques, with A-Level specialism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for inspiring creativity and artistic expression in young women, including those pursuing further artistic studies.
