Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of Year 1 students. · Implement engaging teaching strategies to inspire curiosity and a love of learning. · Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance. · Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration. · Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing. · Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities as required.
