Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a high-calibre Receptionist to join an Outstanding secondary academy in Brent starting ASAP. We require a professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. About the Role This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only). Manage visitor access and verify strict safeguarding protocols. Oversee the central school email inbox and coordinate correspondence. Assist with the administration of school events and open evenings. Maintain a tidy and professional reception environment. About the School Located in the heart of Brent, this high-performing academy is renowned for its academic excellence. The school provides a scholarly, high-stakes environment where student behaviour is exemplary and the administrative team is viewed as the "engine room" of the school's success. Requirements Proven experience in a high-volume reception or customer service role. Composed under pressure with high standards of literacy. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits £29,808 – £33,384 per annum (Inner London). Benefits include an on-site gym and a cycle-to-work scheme.
