Who We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1 (Year 1 preferred). A creative, reflective practitioner who brings energy and commitment to their teaching. Strong understanding of early primary pedagogy and child development. Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
