Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning. Developing and implementing a dynamic curriculum tailored to children’s individual needs. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Regularly assessing children’s progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly. What We’re Looking For: QTS and experience in Early Years education. A nurturing and creative approach to teaching. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
