Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs, particularly in an SEN or mainstream setting. A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and best practices for inclusive education. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students' academic and personal development. An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
