Job description
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Paid to scale (MPS – ECT) A high-performing grammar school in Watford is seeking a Maths ECT to join its well-established department. Role Overview You will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to observe and contribute to KS5 lessons. The department is led by an experienced Head of Maths and offers a structured ECT induction, mentoring, shared planning resources, and protected development time. This role is ideal for an ECT looking to build strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice within an academically focused environment.
