About the Role An Outstanding boys school in Brent is looking for a knowledgeable History Teacher to join their humanities department from September. You will deliver engaging history lessons to Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging History Teacher lessons, covering various historical periods and events. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Develop students' understanding of historical concepts and analytical skills. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the history curriculum and resources. Organise and lead history-related extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in History. Proven experience teaching history at secondary level, including A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for history.
