About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including A-Level. Plan and deliver lessons that are both theoretical and practical, incorporating real-world case studies, business simulations, and guest speaker sessions. Guide students in developing essential business skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Assess student progress through a variety of methods, including presentations, project work, and examinations. Contribute to the development of a dynamic and engaging Business Studies curriculum that reflects the changing demands of the business world. Foster links with local businesses and industry professionals to provide students with valuable work experience opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business Studies or a related field. Experience teaching Business Studies at A-Level, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging students in real-world learning. A strong understanding of current business trends and developments.
