Job description
We are working with a prestigious academy trust in Camden seeking an experienced School Site Manager. This role is ideal for a professional looking to manage high-end educational facilities within a structured and supportive environment. The School & Staff Culture This trust prides itself on a culture of innovation and operational excellence. As a member of the trust's premises team, you will be welcomed into a collaborative office where the "support" in support staff is taken literally. The leadership team understands the value of professional site management and ensures you are fully integrated into the trust's long-term strategic plans. The Role & Responsibilities You will provide vital leadership to ensure the smooth running of the school's facilities and infrastructure. Project Management: Overseeing minor works and ensuring all external contractors adhere to the school's rigorous safeguarding and H&S policies. Utility Management: Monitoring energy consumption and implementing strategies to reduce the school's carbon footprint and utility costs. Policy Implementation: Developing and maintaining school-specific premises policies and emergency evacuation procedures. Asset Tracking: Maintaining an accurate inventory of all school equipment and ensuring regular PAT testing and maintenance schedules are met. Salary & Contract Details Day Rate: £130 – £150 per day Contract: Full-time | Temporary | ASAP Start
